Adding Your First Products
Create products with photos and prices
Products are the foundation of your site. In this article, we will show you how to add your first items to the catalog so visitors can place orders.
Creating a Category
Before adding products, create at least one category. Categories help customers navigate your catalog — for example, "Pizza", "Drinks", or "Accessories".
1Open the Products section
In the sidebar of the admin panel, click Products. You will see an empty catalog with an option to create your first category.
2Create a category
Click the add category button, enter a name (for example, "Main Courses" or "Electronics"), and save. You can create multiple categories at once.
Adding a Product
1Click 'Add Product'
In the Products section, click the "Add Product" button. A product creation form will open.
2Fill in the basic fields
Provide the required information:
- Name — a clear product name. For example, "Margherita" or "Leather Backpack"
- Price — the cost in rubles
- Description — a short product description. Optional, but helps customers make a decision
- Photo — upload a product image. JPG and PNG formats are supported
3Select a category
Choose a category from the list you created in the previous step. The product will appear in that category on your site.
4Set availability options
Specify how customers can receive this product:
- Delivery — the product is available for delivery orders
- Pickup — the customer picks up the product themselves
You can enable both options at the same time.
5Save the product
Click "Save". The product will appear in the catalog and become available on your site.
