Customizing Your Site
Pick a theme, add your logo, and publish
The site builder is a visual editor where you assemble pages from ready-made blocks. Choose a theme, customize the content, and publish your site in just a few minutes.
Opening the Builder
1Go to the site builder
In the sidebar of the admin panel, click Site Builder. The visual editor will open with your current site.
2Choose a theme
On first launch, you will see a theme gallery. Themes are tailored to different business types — pick the one closest to your style. You can change the theme later.
Editor Interface
The builder consists of three areas:
- Block tree (left) — a hierarchical list of all blocks on the page. Drag blocks to reorder them, or add new ones from the palette
- Canvas (center) — a visual preview of the page. Click on elements to select them and open their settings
- Properties panel (right) — settings for the selected block: text, images, colors, spacing, and other parameters
Basic Changes
1Edit the hero text
Click on the main block (hero) heading on the canvas. In the properties panel on the right, replace the default text with your business name and a short tagline.
2Upload your logo
Select the site header block. In the properties panel, click on the logo area and upload your image. The recommended format is PNG with a transparent background.
3Set up the color palette
In the theme settings, define the main colors: accent color (buttons, links), background, and text color. The palette is applied to all blocks on the site automatically.
4Save and publish
Press Cmd+S (or the "Save" button) to save your changes. Then click "Publish" to make the changes live on your site.
Preview on Different Devices
In the top toolbar of the editor, there is a device switcher: desktop, tablet, and mobile. Use it to check how your site looks on screens of different sizes. All Bazex themes are responsive, but make sure the content displays correctly on mobile devices.
