Go-Live Checklist
Final checks before sharing your site
Before sharing a link to your site with customers, go through this checklist. It will help make sure everything is set up and working properly.
Basic Settings
- Business name is set — make sure you have replaced the auto-generated name (like "John's Site") with your actual business name
- Logo uploaded — add a logo through the site builder. It is displayed in the header and in browser tabs
Product Catalog
- Products added — the catalog contains at least a few products with names and prices
- Photos uploaded — every product has a photo. Product cards without photos convert significantly worse
- Categories created — products are organized into categories so customers can quickly find what they need
Orders and Delivery
- Delivery zones configured — if you deliver orders, create at least one zone with a delivery cost. If you only offer pickup, this item can be skipped
- Payment method chosen — decide how customers will pay: cash on delivery, SBP (QR code), or both
- Test order completed — place an order yourself as a customer and process it in the admin panel. Make sure the entire workflow works
Site Appearance
- Theme selected and customized — the color palette and site style match your brand
- Content updated — headings, descriptions, and images on the homepage have been replaced with yours
- Mobile version checked — open the site on your phone or use the device toggle in the site builder
Extras
- Telegram notifications connected — instant alerts about new orders in Telegram(optional)
- Custom domain configured PRO — connect your own domain (e.g.,
your-business.com) instead of a subdomain. Or use a free subdomainyour-name.bazex.co— it is enough to get started(optional)
Test everything as a customer
Open your site in an incognito browser window and go through the entire customer journey: from browsing the catalog to placing an order. This will help uncover issues that are not visible from the admin panel.
After Launch
The checklist is complete and you are ready for real customers. Here is what to do next:
- Share the link — send the link to your site on social media, messengers, add it to your Instagram profile and Google Maps
- Tell your customers — place a QR code linking to your site at your location or on your packaging
- Monitor orders — keep the admin panel open or connect Telegram notifications
- Analyze — the Analytics section will show you traffic, conversion rates, and popular products
